On Mission: Unwavering Generosity [Part 1]

Generosity is a way of life rooted in the character of God. In this message, we explore four principles that shape a generous heart: gratitude, contentment, trust, and humility. From Mary’s extravagant gift of perfume at Jesus’ feet (John 12), to Paul’s words on contentment in every situation (Philippians 4), to the feeding of the five thousand (John 6), Scripture shows us that generosity flows from hearts fully surrendered to Christ.

Rather than clinging to wealth or possessions, we are called to trust God’s provision, give freely, and recognize that all we have is a gift from Him. True generosity points people to Jesus and reflects His goodness in the “land of the living” (Psalm 27:13). This is what it means to live as a community marked by unwavering generosity.
